The BEST Sandwich EVER…..

So everyone loves going to Subway for nice sandwich! I discovered the simplest way enjoy any kind of sandwich from Subway without feeling guilty about all that bread. I call it the “No Carb Sandwich”….and its very simple to make! You just use the “Egg” as the bread and all the meat and veggies/toppings that you want in the Egg! Now to make this truly a healthy sandwich, you would want to avoid the cheese and mayo, and use the light sauces.

Along with the NO Carbs…you actually get DOUBLE the protein!
