I am really overweight, can is Finally Fit Boot Camp for me?
Depending on your current situation and how many pounds overweight you are, we will always ask that you get clearance from your doctor before beginning Boot Camp. Our goal is always to help you achieve your fitness goals and stay healthy. Situations vary, so give us a call or email us, to discuss your situation. We also offer Low Impact versions of all exercises for those who need to lose more than 70lbs or want a slower pace. Just call and discuss it with our staff!!
I am not a runner, is this program for me?
YES! We have designed our program on a progressive schedule to help you increase your endurance at a level you can handle. Although there is some light running everyday, our workouts vary so that we don’t just “run” exclusively during each workout. If running is not your forte’ – don’t worry, you’ll never have to run alone. Our Trainers and Volunteers are trained to help you every step of the way.
I actually workout already, is this boot camp going to challenge me?
Every boot camp session is designed with different exercises for different fitness levels, so whether you are a collegiate athlete or the mother of a collegiate athlete… we have exercises that are both challenging and exciting to help you reach all of your fitness goals.
What do I need to bring ?
Nothing. We’ll provide all the equipment, motivation, and accountability you’ll need. Just bring a water bottle and a sense of adventure! Oh, and make sure NOT to come on an empty stomach. We don’t want you to get light headed during our fun and energizing workouts!
What if I can’t attend all the days offered?
I know you’ll agree that some exercise is better than no exercise. So if you can’t make it four days a week, at least do your best to attend three days a week. We have seen participants achieve significant results while attending three days a week. We offer 22 sessions a week to make sure our sessions can fit anyone’s schedule.
How often can I attend ?
The boot camps run seven days week, Monday – Sunday, and since they are held in-doors and outdoors, the weather is never an issue. We suggest that you attend five days a week, but you can still achieve incredible results if you attend at least three days per week. We have 88 different sessions a month and your goal is to attend at least 12 of those, but you have UNLIMITED access to all 88 of them.
Can I pay per workout or just pay when I come ?
